Witton begin a busy couple of days when they travel to Stalybridge Celtic on Saturday afternoon in an Evo-Stik Premier Division fixture. Celtic are currently sitting in mid-table and are proving a much tougher proposition this season that last season's campaign which almost saw them relegated. Under the guidance of former Clitheroe manager Simon Haworth, they have become stronger and more difficult to beat, particularly at Bower Fold where they have lost only twice in fourteen league games. They are also chasing a league double over Witton following their 3-1 success at Wincham Park earlier in the season. Witton's away form has generally been very good and it will be put to the test once again but they will have fond memories of their last visit to Bower Fold towards the end of last season when Albion came away with a convincing 5-0 win and in doing so, completed the double over their opponents. Witton will also be looking to start a winning run again following last weekend's blanked out home fixture against Buxton, which sadly fell victim to the weather. Kick off at Bower Fold is 3pm.

A short trip to Bower fold another of my favourite grounds, we need to put a performance on today and pick up some points now after a poor run ! A good thing is we have a full squad to pick from ( not that many tho lol) team wise I am not sure what Carl will do but I would maybe try something differen, maybe 4-3-3 as we havent got 5 defenders to play 5-3-2 :

Gards, Wardle, Humphries, Devine
Wardle, Booth, Owens
Abadaki, Hopley, Foley:

subs,: Cobley, Jones, Lingouba

But maybe Im dreaming and it will really be 4-4-2 with Hopley and Jones up front why fix what isnt working LOL good luck whoever plays UTA
