1874 Northwich are set to be announced as tenants at the new £70million sports facility to be based in Northwich. News was announced on Thursday that they have been in discussions with Cheshire FA about moving to the facility once it is ready.

So glad we propped them up last year. A great idea to let them use our ground. Now they have a better one than us and back in the town. Genius.

The important word on that is tenant. They still don't own their own ground like Witton do.
So what if they play in Northwich? The attendances might rise for a short while but they'll drop again like they did when people got bored of riding the band wagon.

Yes they will be tenants and it wont be on the cheap like Barnton it will be a fairly small set up (max 3k capacity ) for the actual main pitch and they will share with other small teams, For Witton its not important tbh, we can just concentrate on our own club they can "rent" where they like. UTA
