Youngsters, which I very much like but another Rob Hopley would not go amiss either!!

I have been retired for 8 years now and I can confirm two things; You cannot work out how you found time to go to work and it is wonderful to be TOTALLY in charge of your life, with the wife's permission of course. Read me in the Our Town magazine.

Looks like Carl is strengthening where we are most short - midfield.

Welcome to the club James, Alex and Micah. Good luck. UTA

I'm not sure we have enough yet, centre mid looks light to me with Williams and Foley the only real centre mids ? Heywood I'd good there but played most of last season on the wing ! Foley also looks like he is struggling for fitness to Me as someone else mentioned ! so I think we still need a good quality player for there at least, in the Guaurdian it says Carl is happy with what He has ! But I hope not yet finished and 99% of fans would like a better keeper to challenge/replace Hare, if what we have is it ! then I'm sure we would be ok but I'd hope we would aim for better than OK ! 99% eh. im sure that 99% of us would wait until the actual season starts and then judge all the players equally upon their performances .

I seem to remember many of us having grave doubts at the beginning of last season, we got that wrong didn't we?

I don't have grave doubts we will be ok, and as I have seen our current number 1 enough times to make a judgement and as he is unlikely to grow 5-6 inches before the season starts ! I don't think he is of the quality we need as a number 1 to make a difference in improving the defence. UTA
